Health Hint 4:
“An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure
Prevention starts with a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep,
no smoking, very sociable drinking, reduce stress as much as possible,
a positive attitude; lastly have faith in God.
Ask your soul or Doctor for more details if you wish to know.

******The Colonsay School Community Council will be holding it's annual meeting and elections night on April 29th at 7:00 at the Colonsay School. There are a minimum of two positions to be filled. Information is available from the school which outlines the role and responsibilities of a council member. Please contact Les Eley or any board member - Joanne Brochu, Blair Holland, Sarah Genrich or Randi Wood. There is only one meeting per month during the school year and it really helps out the school. The board consists of members at large, teachers, and students. A stong council makes a big difference in the education of the students because working together their needs are better met. Meeting Agenda: 7:00 – Call to order and annual report, 7:15 – Elections and 7:30 – Special presentation - INTERNET SAFETY.
The council is offering to the public a presentation on internet safety by Mr. Harold Shiffman from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Shiffman is the head of IT investigations and risk management. He will be doing a presentation on internet topics such as PARENT ISSUES, IDENTITY THEFT, AND INTERNET FRAUD. IF YOU ARE ON THE INTERNET, THIS IS OF INTEREST TO YOU! Please come out and see what you can do to protect yourself from internet scams and frauds! This will be a very informative session!

If necessary, trucks can be parked at the RM Gravel site next to the RM shop. Spring Road Restrictions typically are in effect from early March to mid May each year. These restrictions are established by order of the Minister of Highways for Saskatchewan. A list of Spring road restriction orders can be found on the highway department website @ http://www.highways.gov.sk.ca under special weights and spring road restriction orders.
